Fostering entrepreneurship in young women (13-18 years): Raising awareness about entrepreneurial opportunities, with a special focus on social entrepreneurship.
Providing tools to youth workers: Provide youth workers with resources and methodologies to inspire and support young women on their entrepreneurial journey.
Promoting entrepreneurial behavior in young people: Motivating the acquisition of key entrepreneurial skills, fostering creativity, leadership and autonomy.
Contribute to gender equality in entrepreneurship: Reduce the gender gap in the world of startups and business, empowering more women to start their own projects.
Introducing non-formal learning into entrepreneurship: Developing practical tools and activities adapted to young people's daily lives to teach them about business in a dynamic and innovative way.
Create a network of female role models: Develop a database of female entrepreneurs to serve as inspiration and mentorship for young participants.
Develop and distribute the GBC Toolbox: Provide accessible learning materials and digital resources for young people and youth workers to use in their training.
Implement a training program and Bootcamp: Organize a 3-day intensive camp where participants can develop their entrepreneurial skills through practical learning and interaction with female entrepreneurs.
Expand the impact of the project internationally: Ensure the transfer of knowledge and results to other youth organisations and educational centres in Europe.
