Esplai Social is a non-profit association from Almazora (Castellón), registered in the Valencian Community with the number CV01-061832-CS.

 

Our mission is to promote integration, training, education, active aging and projects that promote equality, diversity and LGBTI rights.

 

We work in five main areas:

 

Training
We design educational programs on diversity, workplace and business inclusion, social skills, and professional development. We want to empower people to fully integrate into society and the workplace.

 

Insertion
We help overcome barriers to employment. We offer counseling, training, and programs that connect people with companies committed to diversity.

 

Education
We create inclusive environments and collaborate with educational institutions to foster respect, equality, and coexistence. We promote inclusive policies and support teachers.

 

Entrepreneurship
We support the creation of inclusive and sustainable businesses through training, mentoring, and resources. We aim to strengthen economic autonomy and generate a positive impact on the community.

 

Active aging
We promote programs to improve the quality of life for older adults, fostering their social participation, lifelong learning, and healthy living. We want aging to be an active, inclusive, and community-oriented stage of life.
