Promoting innovation in youth work: Developing digital tools and innovative methodologies such as the use of role models, mentoring and storytelling to improve the teaching of entrepreneurship.
Strengthen the training and professional development of youth workers: Train youth educators with resources and methodologies to effectively support young women with entrepreneurial aspirations.
Building support networks for young female entrepreneurs: Connecting entrepreneurial young people with mentors, investors and potential collaborators through pitch competitions, podcasts and storytelling.
Promote inclusion and access to entrepreneurial education: Ensure the participation of marginalized groups of young women in quality training programs, helping them develop the skills necessary to create and manage businesses.
Integrate non-formal learning into the development of entrepreneurial skills: Introduce interactive and experience-based methodologies that enable entrepreneurial skills to be acquired in a practical and attractive way.
Using digital tools and gamification to teach entrepreneurship: Develop a Virtual Reality Escape Room that allows young people to practice business skills and receive guidance on building business models.
Mapping female entrepreneurs in Europe: Create a database with inspiring stories of female entrepreneurs, accessible on the EmpowerHER Portal with interactive and educational tools.
Organise Bootcamps and entrepreneurship competitions: Implement intensive training programmes in entrepreneurship during the summer, with national and European challenges and competitions that motivate young women to develop innovative projects.
